Love in the Age of Trump | Designed Journalism Story
This is a journalism feature I reported, wrote, and designed regarding the state of dating and relationships in the Trump Era, an exploration of how heightened political tension and divisiveness has affected millennials in New York. I spoke to multiple sources including Democrats, Republicans, and Trump supporters, as well as a licensed relationship therapist in the city. I created this illustrative mockup of how I might present it on a website or in some kind of online magazine. I wanted the design to be fun and eye catching, something that would speak to the very demographic that I wrote the story about.
